I'm not a galka, though! Also, the Typool Ja sounds very much like a Galktaru! What do ye say to these accusations?

Sounds like Typo's twin brother Raoul spreading propaganda again... The Grand Orichalcum Typool Ja Ja is not some silly galka in a tarusuit! It is a mystical force which, some say could defeat AV with a single Wasp Sting delivered via pinky finger.

Volcanos make good vacation homes. Too bad they're overrun by raptors and insects or trolls and wormies.

Huh. If you lack the time investment that you KNOW it takes to progress in an MMORPG, why play? Or, at least, why complain about those "wonderful" timesinks? It's a fundemental of the genre, and it doesn't ever cater more to casuals than others.

(Oh, I went on too long. Should have made a thread. :E) ...These are games where stats do most, if not all of your reflex work for you. It limits variety in gameplay. And, only few players ever pioneer new builds and strategies, their resulting guides are then read by the masses, who now only need to copy.

It's easier to say someone is skillful when a game employs less menu-driven systems, and more execution-based control.

You could then see how good someone is by evaluating not only their decision making skills, but also their dexterity and coordination that lead to their success/failure. Unfortunately, RPGs are mainly about menus, hotkeys/macros, and so we rarely get that other skill set being used much, if at all in these games.
