I am thinking that gambling will effect players and parties as a whole, almost working like a calculator. You can do great things to your party, but also do horrible things to your party by buffing the mob. Thus making it a "gamble."

If this were true Id pooh in my trousers. I love this new job and hope it works out.

That'd be crazy...kind of like BLU, but you'd be copying the attacks of other people in the party or the mob you're fighting, just like the ENM :yes

i bet it would be a great way to throw money out of the system. imagine. if say you pull 10 mobs, then /toss 10M, and poof instant chain 10 lol

More than anything, it would be probably like Fantocchini Dice. Either restores MP, TP or HP, or restores Job Ability used up.

Corsair party only in the new areas if the negative effect hurts the other jobs, that will be the only way to level.

i say it would be like goblin dice whereas certain #s have different abilities like healing or damaging the party/mob

Funny how there are people who think "Confuse" won't work in a MMO setting (Even though you can consider "Charm" one)..yet people think abilities that have a chance of hurting your allies will..

Confuse Wouldnt, It would make the mob confused and unless theres great programmers it would attack anyone that passes, which could kill others, which would legalize MPK...
