But typically, the numbers go like I posted. The lower caps are cancelled, a lot of the time.

And yeah, the time of day makes a big difference. Odin has more JP that play Ballista than NA. I've been in matches where I was the only one on either team who spoke English.

It's rare to see an uncapped cancelled on Diabolos. Same goes for the 60s too. Pretty much every other cap is up in the air.

Siren's very active, and arguably has a higher level of ballista, because we've won the first royale, and have a good chance at making #2 another win. So we gotta be doing something better
