Mnk: Flowen because he AFKs when his match is losing (Sarcasm off). Fedor over Sinistralx because he is a better overall MNK. Gets more kills and scores more. Dont get me wrong, Sinistralx is still good, just think Fedor is a little better in official matches.
Whm: Eikko, best supporter in ballista, probably one of the best. Can always count on Eikko to save you.

Pld: Blams because he knows how to stay alive and gets good kills for a PLD. He plays SAM well also
Drk: Cloudv because he just plays DRK like no one else. Smart kills, deadly, saves a team mate from getting killed and reacts fast to situations. He one shot a MNK with that 3 hit scythe once.

Brd: None
Rng: Everon because he knows how to stay alive for a RNG and gets smart kills. Smartest and most well prepared RNG I came accross. Good dmg and goood def. Cant get any better then that.
Sam: Zealott because he pulls some nasty Jinpu's.

Blu: Curty over Kures because Curty is more of a team player and also gets kills. Kures solos and dont expect him to Magic fruit you if you need HP badly.

some things came up where The V had to quit the game (for like the 6th or 7th time >_>;) w/o saying goodbye but i realized i never did a best players post here. So when i tried to i realized i been gone from the game long enough for my pathetic memory to 4get 3/4 of who i thought were the best players lol

Anyway to The V, the best players IMO are any that still play ballista. Fight on. ^^^

Goltana was one of the bests MNK, Ronntor sucked. Fuertes OMGWTF sucked(Goltana easily kicked his ass), Taru sucks mainly because he's a Taru. I was one of the better MNK(Then again, I owned at everything 60).

Rakka was ALWAYS a horrible BRD. There's no mention of Fafnir who was probably the best BRD in uncapped.
Tossy was the best THF, period. In fact, Tossy was so good at everything I'd go as far as to call him the best ballista player ever.
My SAM was top tier until I retired it, i.e, SAM got boring. Fafnir was also the best non /RNG SAM. He started polearm SAM on Cerb like, 3 1/2 years ago.

Wickerman was a pretty dope whm when he wasn't heated and a legit thf he could do what the job needed. WK is definately one of the best but just imo Pex was killing the shit all the time when he was on RNG. Or even farther back Emirionn before the RA nerf when he dual wield kclub and ridill spammin Sidewinder hitting cats and killin em from a ways away. I'd put u over Tossy thf wise just cause i wouldn't really have to worry about Tossy staying on you long. But U (tainted) would stick around get a kill and dip out and score you could play it like a front line job well. Ronntor cause of his scoring and he was aight on the teamwork. Tarathiel could score when he wanted to was good team player. Fafnir was straight but i'd see him talkn shit to people more than he would play good. He wasnt consistent but when he decided to really play he was good. Goltana all around good player don't give a fuck he'll fight whatever. Hokuten was a reliable GB could gank a kill if it got close at times. Shany = Tossy i'd only worry about them on mage classes. Roop owned cause of $$$ mostly so much cash he had no choice but to be dope cause of the gear and food he bought. If you harass him enough he'd back off tho. But who can forget the best ballista player ever LORDANDREW /kneels

Didn't notice Wickerman much, he was around...but I didn't go so far as to even remember his job.

Pex was too stupid to realize, even if he did get all those kills...stacking 6 ranger in one party and limiting only that party to get GB wasn't the smartest idea. Stealing kills, does not equal a good player. This point alone makes Wunderkind vastly superior over Pex.

I remember before Emirionn or anyone else for that matter even started playing Rng, back then...there were...two, Tainted and Wunderkind. Then the masses of ranger copies decided to show their faces.

I liked Ron, good guy, galka, wouldn't say he was pro, but he was a regular.

Tarathiel, well, that's someone else I don't really remember. Apologizes, I guess I should...I played back at the beginning...but for the life of me I can't.

I don't really remember talking shit per say, I liked to talk, livened up the place...but it was never directed at a person. Liked to ramble at late nights. Joebert liked to talk smack, maybe you're confusing him slightly with me. I had no beef with anyone, cept Lebiont, because he'd hang around the ballista herald and not do ballista...fucking annoying.

Hokuten...regular, that's about all I remember.

Shany and Tossy were different people, they just hopped on each others characters. Tossy was pro as hell though, he could keep 2-3 people on lock down with just his thf. He didn't really come on mage jobs all too often, red mage a few times I guess.

Tainted and Tossy were multi-job people, both could change the course of a game. Liked Tainted best on her Pld and Rng, Tossy on his Thf.

Roop had cash, I'll admit that, but I won't admit he was actually good. Beauty about ballista, your gear can be the shit, but two coordinated people could fuck up your day. Or used to, I dunno anymore.

All I remember about Lordandrew is that he was annoying.

And you say you're Legendz...well, I remember you were a hume...other than that though...nothing seems to come to mind.

Here's some trivia. When I first started playing the game on my first character(Deception), I met Lordandrew. He proposed to me, synthed me a shell ring, and I quit for like 3 months because FFXI was kinda lonely. I come back like 2-3 months later, he says we have kids, and I'm like "..." and Tainted is born.

Wunderkind is the best RNG simply for the fact that he is credited for creating the RNG play style we all know and love. That play style came about in a a direct attempt to beat me(Everybody seems to have forgotten that I was pretty notorious for my 10 sec 1v1s). Pex. like Nirvana, failed miserably when you applied pressure to them. Tossy and Twei were amongst the best pressure players in the game, right up there with Fafnir, Goltana, and myself. Wunderkind understand the pressure game and knew positioning better than anybody else.

Tossy is a God. Not only that, I learned a lot of my Post-RNG pressure playing from him and made it my own. Him and Shany shared each other's account, especially since Tossy had infrequent play times because he was a third year student. They were definitely different people though. Shany was an innovator of THF just like I was. But most people don't know how awesome my THF was compared to everyone else 50 cap pre-crow gear. When SE added crow gear to the game it made the large amount of gear I put money in to the perfect 50 cap THF pointless. I'm looking for innovators though, people like Pex, Tarathiel, Exceed, Ete, etc. weren't.

Almost everybody knew that I was easily the one variable that could decide who won a match, depending on if I was emo that night or if I was on my game. I like to boast about how I could walk over anyone and everyone. I've solo'd WW as a 73 THF, it was amazing, it was funny. But then again, people like Exceed should know that you can't kclub DRK a THF with out food..Lol! I still remember my epic LS solo in 30 cap as RNG, it was magnificent.

I guess it's worth mentioning nobody was nearly as good at playing mind games as me. I was able to reach such a deep hatred from the NA, the JP, and the EU at will. A lot of my success had to do with me controlling people's emotions so easily. I was the biggest shit talker and my games and taunts started outside of ballista, very effective since I didn't give two shits about end game.

Ronntor sucked, anybody could score, but he didn't take advantage of what a MNK should do. Not only that, he was a fucking galka MNK. He got dropped faster than Babyboy. Tarathiel was your cookie cutter DRK, then your cookie cutter SAM. He lacked any kind of defense or knowledge beyond SEWS. That was the only time he got GB, when he had SEWS up. Lol. What saved Hoku's ass was he had movement speed when most people didn't. Now that movement speed is no longer rare, he would be easy pickings. He sacrificed all defensive capability, gear and strategy wise, relying on movement speed. He was predictable as well, another reason why Wunderkind was amazing, he did shit you simply never expected and it worked..

Or he did shit you KNEW was coming. How many times did I get Hide SA off at the start of every match with out a scratch? How did he get Barrage + EES kills at the start of a match with out being ganked? Everybody knew it was coming, but I guess it was so obvious you all forgot.

Roop was good at what he did, he was definitely better than the Babyboy, Tarathiel, Ronntor, etc. tier.

I didn't play ballista when it first came around i came around more when it was actually on its peak when it was popular and more people played. I think ballista prime time then was hmmmmm 2005-06? It was a good time tho miss playin 60 jugner to 70 uncap all night some nights wit pplz. I won't ever forget when Liebal signed in late at MM and beasted on Deathgazer, Lebiont and i think Kreuk shit was funny. Then when Kon came to a ballista and u see the majority of em get dismantled and that shit was funny cause at that time they were killin all these monsters and shit etc kinda expected more. Ima sit back and drink some rolanberry 811 and reflect on those times...

I do remember the 60s, I was more than a regular at one point. Went to every single match, no matter what time. 5 a.m.? Sure, school's only in 2 hours. Inbetween ballista? Hell, I'm talking with Tainted and Wunderkind, right next to the Herald. Making up wild stories as my brain degrades more and more as the hours go by.

KoN showed up rarely, but everyone was like a kid at a candy shop when it happened.

Death didn't come too much, but he's a cool guy. Still talk to him.
