Alright got anouther question At the moment iv been using Crimson grieves for my feet But iv seen people using Ogre +1 Wise Pigaches or occasionaly the dusk feet. There may be points in time Where each one of these would be useful. But I want your oppinion.
Also For Rings, right now i have Aqua ring +str and +mnd for Savage blade, But the other slot i still cant make up my mind as to what i should use, Anouther one maybe? ?

Sorry about the late response, I would get a question while I'm on vacation... Anywho... Personally, for most situations I used Ogre +1 (thanks for that loan Monkfish). They are great for Savage Blade with the +MND and melee attacks with the +ATK, can't go wrong there. Now the Dusk Ledelsens (assuming you have the money for them) are great for situations where you need a bit more defensive capabilities. Since they have the +Haste, they are great for Haste setups to decrease Utsusemi downtime.
Considering the cost, I would have to say the Ogre +1 are much better for most situations. In fact, unless you have a ton of +Haste gear, the effect of the Dusk Ledelsens would be negligible; you would notice the +12 ATK on the Ogre +1 more.
And a quick answer for your Savage Blade question... get another Aqua Ring (or the +1 if you can find and afford it). They are pretty much the best equipment for upping Savage Blade damage. However, Byrthnoth has a point about the accuracy rings, but to my knowledge the majority of RDMs would recommend the Aqua Rings. I tend to go with a majority when there is something I can't say for sure which one.

If you are getting full TP return from Savage blade pretty consistantly against whatever you're fighting, then sure, another Aqua Ring. Otherwise, get an accuracy ring. Really, you should be TPing in two accuracy rings.
About the foot armor thing. One way to kill strong monsters as RDM/NIN is to Utsusemi whore and almost never get hit, which means that your recast timer for Utsusemi: Ichi/Ni is king. If Dusk feet (2% Haste) lowers your recast timer a second and you're hell bent on not getting hit, then you should wear dusk feet. If you're farming EPs and you don't really care if you get hit once in a while, then save a mil and go with whatever. If you aren't worried about Evasion, then Ogre Ledelsens NQ or HQ surpasses Duelist Boots. If you need Accuracy, Pahluwan Crackows is the best option. If you absolutely need to only get hit once every 15 minutes, go with Dusk.
Also, if you're fighting a long battle and not having accuracy issues, Dusk is also probably the best choice for damage purposes because Atk+8 < Haste +2%. For short battles that don't rely on Utsusemi though, having only Haste+2% isn't going to matter.

Ok, while I do advocate Utsusemi spam, it is not really the most efficent way to kill most things. That being said, if the were hell bent on not getting hit, then they should be kiting the monster, not meleeing them straight up and relying on Utsusemi to not get hit. While Utsusemi spam is cool for killing reasonably hard monsters, it is not the best answer for any monster that we cannot afford to get hit by. That requires an entirely different setup (refer to the various RDM/NIN solo and tank threads for information). The 2% Haste (while useful) is really only beneficial when it is stacked up with other gear.
Also, it's rare that we would have any need for EVA, so it should not really be something you factor into your equipment setup unless you are trying to do an all EVA setup for a very spesific purpose.
I hope that answers your question. If you need anything else, just ask. Again, sorry about the delayed response.

By the way, has anyone tried a pure Spell Interrupt -% gear set? <,< It's possible to get -100% as RDM/NIN now:
2 Eremite Wands (Spell Interrupt Rate -50%)
Nashira Turban (Spell Interrupt Rate -10%)
Willpower Torque (Spell Interrupt Rate -5%)
Magnetic Earring (Spell Interrupt Rate -8%)
Warlock's Tabard +1 (Spell Interrupt Rate -12%)
Druid's Rope (Spell Interrupt Rate -10%)
Mountain Gaiters (Spell Interrupt Rate -5%)
I just think it would be amusing if it made us uninterruptable, especially if it let us run and cast then. =p

I haven't tried this myself (I'm lolbanned), and I haven't seen any threads about it either. If you find any info on it, I would be interested in reading it. Post it if you do.
