hey whats the fastest and cheapest way to raise goldsmithing from 3-11, im tryin to make my own silver ingots, by minning my own ore

Brass ingots till skill level 8. Save all the ingots you make and turn them into sheets from skill level 8 to 11. You can take it to 15 then by making Brass Flowerpots.
