Don't you need 6 parts to fully finish this quest? Myster tour shows how to get 5 parts, but where do you find the Arms (the 6th part)?

Today a rather easy garrison in North Gustaberg dropped the Mannequin Feet, which I happened to obtain as Ninja Love Utsusemi. Next thing I know the rest of the NPCs were dead and I came out with a pair of feet.

Find a Darksteel Engraving (Pal Mines in NGusta East) that drop off of Old, Brass, and Copper Quadavs on the upper-most floor.

don't take more than 6 people. People make the mistake of taking an alliance in and all that means is more things to fight. We took in 6 and only had to fight 3-4 things to fight at time. On the last wave though I think I peeped 5-6 mobs. Also, there is a brief rest time in b/t waves. Not long enough really to heal up so buy up juices.

Well, just so you know... thats just how many appeared when I was in a group that did an alliance. 12 people went in, 3-4 mobs appeared, each wave had 1 more I think. We had a couple people in there just for sleeping mobs. Myself included.

Only catch is with an alliance: more competition for the parts.

I cant put them on the AH and Assholes just stand beside my bazzar and blatenly undercut me buy 10k wtf?! maniqquen feet 75k down to 50k to 40k, now according to the person next to me 35k >.<

Apperently the Quest says the manneguins are illegal in VD, so they wont go up on the AH.

Like those tarrot cards, death, fool ect.. they arnt Ex but can't go up on the AH.

I collected (bought) all the parts today and turned them into the NPC. She said it would take her a while to put them all together for me. Not sure how long I have to wait. Probably 24 hours -___-

Are you sure it was an NPC and not a player? You could turn them into me, and I would put them together for you, but It would take a long time.

Anyways, i saw someone selling 2 parts for 17,000g each. Id have bought them but I'm strapped for cash.
