The drop rate on Padfoot is pretty damn good actually. One of the better Nms out there. Padfoot is a 21-24hr pop NM. 5 copies of Padfoot spawn in 5 preset positions in Lufaise Meadows at the same time. 4 are fake and 1 is real. The fake ones always drop Lanolin Cubes and Sheepskins. The real one will ALWAYS drop one of 2 items, either being the Assailant's Ring (500k) or the Astral Earring (8 million). So basically if you claim all 5 Padfoots, you will get a drop. 1/5 chance to get the real one and 1/2 chance of getting the earring from the real one. So overall, it's a 1/10 chance of getting the earring if you camp alone. Being your friends and get all the claims and you have a damn good chance overall. Good luck to ya if you plan to camp this.
