We all know how important Parrying is.

So here's a Ding Thread Just for Parrying. biggrin.gif

Ding~! Kageryu Parrying at 123.4 for 65NIN on 04 March 2006 :love
I'm now capped for Lv.40 battles. :love

Now I can enter Riverne Site #B02 until it caps at Lv.153 >.>;

I think he dinged probably in like Aqueducts or something of a capped area. I am assuming anyhow.

Last night, I got a .4 also later, so i'm 230.4

It made the horror of having to xp off auras livable

This is a picture of me dinging 243 about a week ago. Right now my Parry is around 243.5 or something.

Btw Demetrios, I envy your capped parry ><. What were you fighting when you dinged 269? lol

I'm stuck at 216 parrying, I get some skillups in limbus. My skill will uncap when my NIN hits 64 I think which will be soon, cant wait for skillups again!

I hope I say it for everyone nothing more priceless than see the below.

Kageryu takes 300 points of damage.
Kageryu begins starts casting Utsusemi: Ichi on Kageryu.
Spell completion 70%
Kageryu parries the 's attack with his weapon.
Kageryu casts Utsusemi: Ichi.
Kageryu gains the effect of Copy Image.

253.4 Parrying. 75 NIN.

Most of the 180+ skill comes from Fafnir/Nidhogg and Byakko, the rest were weird parries in merit (parrying Whirl of Rage..wtf???) and soloing in Bibiki Bay on Dhalmels (solo chain 4 for 244 xp without the Empress Band is hot).

246.7 Everytime I go out to work on parrying (usually in Sea) I'll get about .2 in 3 hours or so... then I'll get a random .5 in an xp pty and wonder why I even bother trying to lvl it elsewhere ~_~

Nice thread though, parrying is one of my favorite skills (and one of the most underrated imo). I think the people that lvld paladin first have a slight advantage though, can't imagine how long it would take to cap lvling only nin wink.gif
