I used sushi for some CoP missions (the one with the Snoll bomb, Omega/Ultima) because missing too much on those missions is detrimental. Had +35 accuracy/meat and it wasn't enough, so I had to go reverse. So basically all I had to say was Path is right.

I will update the price list this sunday, and will keep doing it every 2nd sun, I think every 2 weeks is good.
Update: I added a new food/item to the chi list and I made the Allakhazam links neat

Khalea :
So like..
Last night we were overhunting entirely too much and I started out with Sushi. About 10 minutes into the fight I skilled up to 225 skill, and then about 10 minutes later I actually learned Dragon Kick because the game is sort of buggy when you learn a WS for the first time via merits (I'm 64) and I used it.
First DK I did all night was for over 700 damage.
Now, our ninja had a KC so he had the bard give us Madrigal+Minuet. At the time we all ate our initial foods, I had no idea I was going to be getting Madrigal; once my sushi wore off I swapped to meat.
Despite several double attacks, etc. on DK I never even eclipsed 600 damage for the duration, much less the 700+ I got with the sushi.
This story has no point, but I'm bored at work.

I noticed this also as leveling monk, with me reaching a skill lvl where I should have the ws but it didn't show in log. (I had h2h lvl2 from some NIN merits)
I know it's too late to help you now, but if you just macro the WS as normal, it WILL appear in your menus after. Hopefully this can help someone else.

Apologies for touching this topic months after the last post, but I think I can add something to the above quotes. The game calculates WS being learned based on the "real" skill (that is, the skill before merits or equipment adjustments). Therefore, your skill may be 225, but your "real" skill level is merely 221. Therefore, the game gives you the skill when you are at 229 (when your "real" skill-level would then be 225). I'm not sure why that is, but I've also merited weapons before skilling them, and I have specifically noticed that.
