Looking at Mystery Tour I've noticed several new items having to do with goldfish. There are a couple tunicas that increase your chance of scooping one, a gold fish bowl, and at least 3 types of fish that I saw. No info on their purpose, location, or benifits though. Anyone have a clue? As a fisher/"person who gains gil through as many odd ways possible" type, I am really curious. Anyway, post here if you have any info ^^

You usually find those during a summer carnival in Japanese (watched enough anime). Maybe these will be kimono style armor you wear to show off. Not necessarily something to use to exp.

Yeah I think this is about right. Its officially summer and they seem to have a festival every season / major holiday.

heh, I was just about to post a topic like this...
I am also interested..
I have seen these items pop up on several JP sites...
but so far there is no telling of where to go and what to see...
BUT...there was also a new music update file with a very asian theme in the last update...
perhaps a new area for goldfishing? ...
why didn't square mention anything about this?

It may be for the Japanese population only as it sounds like it is tied to real life festivals. Maybe we didn't get updates relating to those items. Not a clue really though.

there is a festaval during the summer in with one fishes you gold fish with a paper fish net


"i saw this festavial on an anime" can not rember the nae but there was a punny in it that changed into a ship.
a old man, his son and his grandson. also there are 2 space cops, two princesses, 2 robots that are shapes like giant soda cans, one really powerful female with blue hairand other stuff.


i think the name of the series is "Tenchi Meuyo" mispelled probally

Basically you try scooping a goldfish into a bowl with a thin paper plate type net and if you get one you get to keep it? Are my facts right? I dont remember ><
