On shiva, I see that male RSE boots are up to 50k. I have mine, and still use them in a party over my AF boots. So I am wondering if i can be greedy, and go and get another set to sell. I am sure that I can not, but I am just wondering if I can make a small profit doing this.

You can do it 4 times, to get your 4 parts (body, hands, legs, feet).
You can't do it to get 4 times the same part, that's all (the gob will offer you the choice of 4 items the 1st time, the 3 remaining items the 2nd time, etc ...).

I almost did it a week ago... it was mithra week, got my key, found the chest, open it.... 2000 gil! thats how i realized you have to get the quest first..... /cry

A quick bit for you RSE seekers

RSE items (body, hands, feet, legs) may only be quested ONCE per item. in order to quest for this, you need level 1-2 jeuno fame (i could be wrong, its been a long time since ive done mine) and it must be your week (either check the vanadiel timer: http://manakun.com/hari/ or speak to the gob which hands out the quest).

i wont go into the gory details of the quest - other threads do a far better job than i could - but i will say that the quest is not considered 'complete' until all 4 items have been made for you.

RSE items can be bought/sold/traded/etc. any number of times, however, you may only quest for each peice once.

INOW, feel free to sell what you have, but if someday you need them again, you better bring your pocketbook ;D
