Can anyone tell me what happens to your character if...

-You leave your content ID inactive

for more than three(3) months; [Ninety(90) days]?

-You do not delete your character, nor Content ID?



-Your content ID is cancelled and left that way for more than three(3) months?

There were many

debates on this forum about the events that happened during a resurrection and I'm pretty curious to know what

happens to characters.

happens, your character just stays inactive
I havnt used my mule in 4 months, and its a different content ID,

and I can still use it like normal if I wish

Depends on if your credit/debit card still works really. If your card works and you haven't touched your

character in over a month, it'll still work. SE at the moment doesn't care if you're active or not just as

long as they get the money. If by the time they charge your card and it declines then they pretty much freeze the

Content ID for that month. Then if after 3 months of no payment or activity then they would probably go in and

delete the character not the ID as they said they would. They say that after 3 months of deleting a character by

your or them they can't restore the character. Thats true in some cases. Some people was able to return to the

game with their old deleted characters with that return to vinadiel program last year even when they deleted their

character over 3 months prior. Also my g/f had her character hacked and deleted about 3 months ago and was able

to get it restored in 4 days. However she lost many of her items and money. We don't know its cause SE didn't

put the gear back or cause the hacker robbed her clean.

So ultimately, its up to if the credit/debit card

you use still works. If it does then yea your character still works. If it doesn't then try to get it back.

Doesn't hurt to call SE to try to get the character restored. You're gonna have to give them all kinds of info

like character name, race, lvl, job, server, pol ID, password, address, CD keys and some other stuff to find and

match it in their databases.
