Currently I am playing FFXI on the PC but have been thinking and wanna get it for the PS2. How will this work.

will I have to totally make another acount or can I transfer my character onto it?

heh it's simple I have all three versions.

all you need to do is buy the PS2 version

and then when you set it up put your Playonline ID and character name and it's done you don't need to start

over.

but... you cannot be on both at the same time with the same playonline ID

you mean like go to "Guest" or whatever its called in the main menu and play through there?

you know how to add to that list of users on the main menu? You just do that, but with your user information. And

I do it for the simple fact I

have more than one person in my house that plays and it helps when you have mules lol

You do

realize you can't log into the same account from multiple machines, be they PC, PS2 or X-Box. If you want to

play from multiple machines at the same time, you'll need an account for each and every machine.
