just wondering if it is possible to get an old character back after deleting it? I dont think it is but if any of

You can

ask support nicely, and they might restore it. AFAIK, it's a "one time" thing to restore a deleted character.

I've known people to get their characters back after they were maliciously deleted.

You may also be able

to get a character restored with the Return to Vanadiel campaign, however, I think that's intended more for

characters that were "deleted" in that the account was cancelled and left inactive for more than three months.
