Correct. The link took you to a mimic of the official site, but if you looked

at the url, it was www.killingifrit.com/blahblahblah. T'was an April fool's joke indeed.

was a web page hosted on killing ifrit, all you had to do was look at the URL. Not only that, but it was riddled

with a billion spelling errors. Come on, I know our education system isn't that bad that you can't spot

a fake announcement.

I really hope you guys don't also have e-mail accounts, because if you do, there's a

lot of banks that would like you to update your account information. >.>

SE ain't that great on spelling themselves....for example:

unequip your linkshell....then click on any of them. "Activate linkshell item and particiapt in its chat

channel." will pop up at the top of your screen...

me explain a few things.

1) I'm not american, and I didn't even know there was a april fools untill

someone explained it a day ago.

2) It's not that I am dumb, it's that I don't care. This is a game, and

I never really think to be overly inquisitive or skeptical about every detail. So when a link shows up saying "Oh

hey, btw you can download the expansion when you buy it." I think hey, cool and have no real reason to doubt it.

Because 100s of other games do exactly that.^^
