I hate it when people always complain about drg not being good... it is't good if you have crap gear....I am a lvl 31 drg/war and i do more dmg than anyone in my pt. even with a rng and a blm and a drk. I can do above 200 with double thrust every attck and the whyvern does more dmg than some of the people...i just wish that people would stop saying they are no good.... well in the pts i have been in none of the other jobs were any good either I guess because i did more dmg than anyone in the PT

uhm...i think its more the reason about drg being so damn common (like drk) and not about theyre not actually being good.
Mostly theres already a drg in party and having 2 really doesnt make sence at your level.
And about the: OH IM THE BEST DOING 200 DMG...chill down, i promise you that you wont outdmg neither a rng or blm at that level. You will do massive dmg at lvl 51 - pentathrust but for now: deal with having other qualities.

yeah 51 is when SAMURAI get penta, DRAGOON get at 49. okok drgs are great but there are enough of them on my server i keep getting in grousp with 2 drgs which really doesnt make sense =

I'm playing DRG and I can admit to this.

Sure, we can do more damage, in theory, but what if those Pentathrust hits miss? What if Super Jump hasn't refreshed and we screw up our timing?

Don't always assume best conditions. We have a job to do, just like everyone else. Everyone has a little bit of a different job, but it all equals out in the end.

im PLD, only lvl 15 ATM, but i must say they have the best JSE, its completely gold, its simply amazing. I cant wait to be mega high level to use it. And the AF looks good, but the JSE is better.

(I posted this because i can say weve moved past the DRG topic on the forum and it surned into a AF and JSE forum. )

Dragoons suck at your level, live with it. A decent damage dealer with decent ws and decent weapon, There is no real reason to have a Dragoon in a pt of your levels.

Dragoon is awesome! I enjoy having em in my company, always. It really doesn't matter if who get to hit high or not as long as they work team and get xp. Who want to think who get the best damage when they could KILL monster and GET xp, items, gil, and skills?

No class in this game "sucks". However, a character is only as good as the player behind it. Ive met some poorly equipped people Id invite in my party every time and Ive met some million dollar characters I wouldnt get anywhere near.

The way people see you is 50% personality, 10% equipment, 10% job, and 30% character knowledge. Know your character and generally have a good attitude and people will start thinking your Ranger/Bard is the best class combination there is.
