Hrm, I don't think it's 6 over current lvl for learning spells after 50, think 5 would sound more reasonable. Only say this cause I am currently 50 and I attempted to learn Feather barrier which is a lvl 56 Spell if I recall. I saw it used hundreds of times and over 2-3 hours worth of exping spanning 3 or more days, but did not learn it. My blue magic is capped and other then my Npc, which it was never facing, I was alone. I even tried learning this with other friends in a party setup and had no luck. So I'm thinking after lvl 50 the cap is only 5 rather then 6. I know learning spells can be a royal pain..but seeing a mob use it 2-3 times per kill, up to chain 3 for 3 hours straight and not learning it seems a little more then PITA.

Also, anyone able to suggest something other then crabs to exp ont 50-55 range. Camping these things is seriously not blu friendly from what I'm finding out, either that or they are just a little too high for my blu compared to the pt's I'm getting in that fights them. My gear and stats are rletively good, but I see alot of "no effect" or pretty low numbers.

What about the Rauhban fight for Limit Break 5? There's no information on that here. I've never beaten Maat on my Dark Knight, and I've got my Blue Mage higher, and I'm having a terrible time beating Rauhban. I might have won last time if he didn't have Stoneskin up to make my frost breath do little damage. Three failed attempts at him and each one hurt a lot.

Just wanted to add a some info cause for the longest time alot of people were unsure of the damage type (tested these last night)

Blunt: Uppercut, Hysteric Barrage, Frenetic Rip, Headbutt.
Piercing: Disseverment(almost all already knew this 1)

I got a question. I can't seem to find in this guide, or wiki.. or when I do a search for info in these forums.. (lots of BLU > BLU SC topics, though. >.> ) is there a simple SC list for us? I can find what spells SC and such, but it doesn't show WS's and for the life of me I can't read those damn charts with the arrows everywhere. xD I would like to see a plain and simple list of--

Red lotus blade -> Jet stream = Fusion
Red lotus blade -> Sickle slash = Gravitation

--Style charts. lol You think you could whip one up and make it easier on some of us BLU that like to self SC a lot like I do? The only two I can figure out so far are the two stated above. I made induration once with Mandibular bite but I couldn't remember the WS I used. : / Wiki has a SC chart for us, but only states what SC it makes and what spells are used, not the WS's, though. D: Sorry for sounding like a nub. xD

If you can't read a skillchain chart then you are totaly braindead. You see a move and if there is an arrow from there to another move, that will chain. If you really want, the only few you should use are:

Red lotus > Jet
Red Lotus > Sickle
Circle Blade > Mandib
Vorpal Blade > Death Scissors
Vorpal Blade > Hysteric Barrage
Savage Blade > Cannonball / Disseverment

I mean I know imma hear it after this but I have learned blu spells 10 lvls higher than my current level like i was helping another blu learn spells thnx to lvl sync and the mob was still too weak, but we were lvl 17 and I learned ScrewDriver
