Whats the best settings to use to make a clean Video but have the file size small. I use VirtualDub to edit it but sometimes my file is larger than the regular file FRAPS made. Anyone can help me it would be of great help .

What codec are you using? I'd suggest divx for small file sizes, then just experiment with the bitrate until you get acceptable video quality and file size. With divx you can get a minute of high quality full screen video for about 10 megs. Acceptably poorer quality and a smaller pixel size make that drop off very sharply, though.

all the fraps videos i have done i used the xvid codec at default bitrate.. it is so much smaller then what FRAPS makes for me.

thats a fraps i did while playing Postal2 for example. its 3.5mb where the origional was around 11mb
