Feast of Swords Tele-Belts?

Anyone figure out how to make the teleport belts from the Feast of Swords drop? I had a full alliance going after them and they were dropping almost every kill... but then we didn't get one for 5hrs after a group of people left. Do you need to have the Usukane drop in your inventory to get it?

{advice} {please}

I went out and killed the armors in N. Gust and got the Republic Stables Collar thingy to drop on my first kill. Seems Random for their drops.

These are pretty simple to solo. I bought bronze armor and went as pld/whm, buffing myself before accepting level cap. You can use selbina milk to stay alive, but since I cook, I whipped up a few pamama au lait, these are 2hp/3 sec for 10 minutes which is plenty of time to beat an armor. In the process of making these, I made them for some low level members of my LS who were soloing, and started an addiction.

An important note. When you see an amor from a distance, make damn sure it's not the Usukane before you close in. Chuck Norris couldn't solo that thing. When you get a hit on your armor of choice, you'll want to pull it away from the area where it was found. Some dead end corner is nice. There are 2 reasons for this. One, since anyone can hit it, you get poachers. I was beating on one, and a party showed up. They waited til I had it under 10% health, then drew weapons with their backs turned. As soon as it was 2-3 hits from death, they all pivoted, and stole the kill with no risk. Reason two is, these things have a pattern. In more complex areas like West Ronfaure, this isn't clear, but in North Gustaberg you can find a spot where all 5 armors will eventually cruise by. If you fight it where you grabbed it, you'll greatly increase the chance that the Usukane will come along and gank you. In North Gustaberg, I pulled mine up by the Palbourough Mines Zone.

It took approx 3-5 kills to get each teleport necklace solo. I've been burning them shamelessly, the last day of the event, I plan to toss them and gather fresh ones with the same technique.
