(Blacksmithing) What to lv on at 65?

Ok,I've read in a couple of other forums and I never gotten a very clear item to lv on at 65. I lved on nodowas (of corse) till 65 but I seen that they cap at 66 but I havent gotten a point of skill from over 24 synths.
So...(read the title)

Haubergeon caps at lvl 69, gives great skill ups
