wouldn't know, don't have SC2. too cheap. i don't think i ever spent $60 on one video game. maybe pokemon snap.

in the beta they weren't that bad. if they're being rushed, it'd be relatively easy to scout, and I was usually Terran, so I would have a 3M blob. lost to them a couple of times after a push failed, and they'd get charged, and any marines I'd get out would just be demolished.

been doing chocobo racing. getting p. good at it too. win about 50% of my predictions. make some nice monies. chocobo is doing well too, easily wins any c4 race that isn't rainy. trying a c2 race today. will post update when it happens.

edit: got third place. while disappointed that i didn't win, i'm more grateful that i didn't los 40 chocobucks. and made some gil.

wasnt sonic 3 a lot when it just first came out? like 80 or something? maybe people where price gauging it

i herd the mothership was a good unit, not its just a big arbtrator with a vortex

i don't blame the game makers for charging high prices for games.

well console games. you gotta pay to make the game playable for all the different consoles, so that's why they tend to be slightly hihger than pc games.

i'm spoiled by steam. i ond't buy a game unless it's like half off. hell, i only bought mass effect a couple of weeks ago, and that's because EA was selling it for 5$ online for a digital download.

seriously, steam is so boss. they give deals that make you download the cilent, which introduces you to more games and deals. hell, when left 4 dead came out, it had pretty good sales. a couple of months later when they sold it for 50% off or something (maybe only 25% off?), they sold three times as many copies. i mean, a while back they were giving portal wayway. free! just downloa steam and download portal. it sucks if you're an impulse buyer, but they give such good deals.

that's why i don't play 60$ for SCii. I mean thete's people comparing it to SC when it came out for something ridiculious. i don't konw aobu t what. all i know is that i bought SC and BW for $20 together and with strategy guides. and i was pissed to find out that 10 years later, it still costs that much. so i bought it online for 15$, so i could have a chance into the SCII beta.

so i'm going to wait for all the expansion packs to come out, and maybe pay like $100, tops. I did it for A Crystaline Prophecty, Moogle kupo't'tat, and a Shantootoo ACession (fuck yeah, steam vanadiel collection '09 for 14$), and i'lldo it for SCII.

anyway to play replays in the beta, there was a button in the main menu, it had a little movie camera on it. you could play replays from there.

alternatively, you could just drag and drop the replay file onto the SCII.exe file or whatever.

don't know if it's still like that though.

effoy: Mothership is p. oocool. kina like nukes. not really good, but if you manage to get one out, it's gonna be an awesome gmae. used to bhe broken with an ability that would warp it to the nearest nexus, but then they became unstoppable, because whenever it got close to dying, or when its shields got low, it could just warp aaway. but yeah, now it's like an arbiter, but slower, and bigger, and can cloak buildings, and does decent damage.

but you gotta have support for it, otherwise a pack of vikings can just fire a volley and run away, kiting while doing havy damage.

....dang now i want to play SCII.///
