my only concern with some of these damages shown is the validity of it with homam which most blu don't have

Aside from the haste which doesnt have any effect on damage output, I believe the accuracy it gives can easily be compensated with accuracy food. I dont eat food and use Marine M boots and Voyayer sallet for the str and dex instead of H pieces.

SA+CA under 100% Tp Verticle Cleave


SA Verticle Cleave (The Damage sometimes seems to jump on this dunno why)


Drained atleast 70% of the things I tried on around 100-130MP hecteyes was usualy under 30MP drain


SA+CA Verticle Cleave, also notice you can actually survive this without stoneskin and cacoon on


Randomly using Voracious Trunk (Dam is Mob stoneskin strong)

Mobs didn't resist as much as the Statue things did

Here's a pic of a beseiged. I havne't seen to many pics of people doing damage in besiged and to some people they say the mobs are alot harder/evasive then most things in Dynamis so...

This was done at like near 50% tp, mainly because ...
1. People massing around the mob makes it hard to get near
2. Its moving all over the place.
3. did this with sa+ca

The trick to landing it almsot 100% is when it does a WS, it stops so I run around with ca on, when it stops I sa and slap it hard.

and yes I did survive this haha, go go sj thf flee



oh I should post my current gear too that I use...
I only swap gear for sa'ed or sa+ca attacks tongue.gif


Sword: ifrits Blade
Shield: Genbu's Shield
Throwing: Phantum Thalium (I use the trollbane too in TaU area's its effect seems random... dunno how to explain it
Neck: peacock charm (Chilveraous chain for WS)
Ear pieces : Brutal earring, laqouris earring, ethral earring, minuet earring (for ws)
Body: Verm ( Flora Cotehardie for +4STR +3dex on WS)
Head: n/a (Voyager sallet for ws +4str +3dex)
Hand: Pallas braclet
rings: Serket Ring, Flame ring
Back: amemet mantle (hope to get a cerberus mantle tongue.gif)
belt : warewolf belt
legs: savage loincloth (femina sublinga for cannonball >.>)
Feet: savage gaiters

Oh and a little more info, yawn is like a ... "aoe gaze" attack, if mobs arn't facing you, you get a no effect.

Did the Nm Scorp vinegarroon, I forgot sushi so my multi hit WS's soorta sucked >.> like 500 or less
Interesting thing is, I hit it pretty well with spells still headbutt proteced well also

he died in like 30 seconds so I didn't have time to really test...

Oh and all the above pics are with like 2 merit blue magic, the damage rating goes up as more merits are put in

Tryd KS99 Turtle with blu, Lowing stuck but 100% fails. It does nothing to stop the regen and id assume the same thing with Aspi. Did you see the regen stop when you stuck it >.> ?
Blu is good however to solo SC Distortion in there, but main reason was to stop some regend HP. Very dissapointed. That spell is worthless outside of its 2pt clear mind help.

I havent tried that ks99 but it works on aspid unless SE did something to it or it is broken. I should note that aspid was killed many weeks ago.
I'll confirm again on next aspid.

heres a couple more for you, also was doing decent cannonballs on tiamat 650-7xx with saca and 0 tp forgot to ss those though >< (about 780 def). Roar on tiamat landed maybe 50% of the time (took 1-2 casts to get it on usally). Saca cleave and cannonball both kinda fell short on justice though usally doing only 500-600

Here's some
(This is with 3 blue magic merits 8 sword merits) dynamis xarc as blu/thf

Noticed my blue magic was alot more accurate then my sword trying to hit stuff (notice no food effect or madril etc)
Some blu spells fail more then others but some to be somewhat accurate (like mandibular bite)


Frightful roar seemed to land on just about everything


This is when we got mauled to death by a bad pull on dynamis xarc pull
This was soorta "test" on just how strong magic defense bonus can be
I had no stoneskin on, saline coat + magic defense bonus trait + shell 4

I believe blu has some potential endgame on certain mobs that spam magical attacks and with blu having magic defense spells, traits, and equipment, it can take a good beating.

One I did was

Mistral Axe(war) -> savage blade (me) -> light -> disseverment (me) -> Darkness

15 blu skill is a lot, time to recheck dmg and how more often spells stick now. And thats a nice find Gulkeeva.
I'm trying to get people to do hydra atm for some testing biggrin.gif

btw, SE just gave self destruct a super nerf. Say before if you had 1200 hp you would do 600 to all targets around you, but now if you have 1200 hp you would have 600 dmg divided among the people around you.... super weak. SE totally rendered it useless now.

Man the SE adjustment for spells has me dancing on the ceiling so many spells I basically put on the backburner now rock the house Infrasonics was never resisted last night can't wait to test more.

The following changes have been made to Conflict (Ballista and Brenner):

Changes to both Ballista and Brenner:
-Players hit repeatedly with Stun will gradually develop a resistance to the ability. This resistance will decrease with time.
-The following changes have been made to the blue magic spell “Self-Destruct”:
The damage will be split among the number of players in the caster’s area of effect.
The caster will now retain a slightly greater amount of HP after casting Self-Destruct.



Nerf is Ballista / Brenner only.

There is also another nerf SE hasnt mentioned, 5 fold attacks like Hysterric barrage no longer strips nins of their shadows, it removes only one shadow now. >:/

aww thats no fair, anyway I heard dimentional death can strip all shadows+ damage still O_o someone test that tongue.gif

Anyway I did a sky run here's some pics.
This is with like +45 STR
299 blue magic skill and 4 physical potency
Frightful roar, lowing, jettera had no effect on like everything so didn't try.
all are done with sa+ca
Numbers stayed somewhat constant unless it turned in the process which would cause a miss or about 100-200 damage (jsut sneak attack made vert do about 300-500 which I can post a pic of also)













-edit I've always soorta wondered, is the additional effect considered a part of the "magic accuracy" and thus boosting it will make disseverment poison/headbutt stun take effect more, soorta like using an -en spell food dosen't effect it but things like mass enhacing (and hear int?) will boost it slightly.

headbutt landed about 50% on all gods

Ever since the patch I noticed headbutt getting resisted much more often, maybe it can be adjusted back up with merits. Monster correlation is not so clear at the moment to merit it unles someone tests its effects.
Just finished capping physical potency, and waiting what to cap next.

I guess doing some test using the Bst chart and wearing the our AF headgear could shed some light. Just load up spells the mob you pick are supposed to be weak to and try with and without the hat.
