I'm the postwhore on Asura, and I gotta admit, it's hard to keep this thread meaningful on bismarck, there's just so little to speak of, right now I'm bored camping Selene's bow, everyone at the camp agreed to team up, so we're 2/4 of the ones we need, and this frickin THF held the mob trying to solo for 40 minutes, then said she'd leave.. and reclaimed when nobody suspected because well, we thought everyone was in our alliance so we asked ready before trying to pop. Anyways, 2nd bow went to a RNG who was about to D2 when tod came up it popped, dropped she got and left. Kinda lucky, kinda rude, guess its a judgement call on how much she did while here, I'm grouchy, its 4 AM and my LS RNG doesnt have it. r0wr!

That reminds me of one of the O.Hat runs I've done. One person gets it, then disbands and warps out. Eventually, arguments ensued who'll go next. In the end, only a handful, maybe 60-70% got their O.Hats. The rest who didn't was because of people leaving after they got theirs or because others getting pissed off because of who'll be going next.

5 AM now, 4/4, got all the bows in a pick-up alliance of cooperative campers, in the end it was actually just me, Lene(my LS RNG<3), Another RNG, a SAM who was friends with Lene, and another RNG who got the bow first(who was on RDM helping cure).

So yea, things can work, that one girl is the only one who didnt stay after she got her item and I think she was wrong to outlot the other two when she was going to sleep, originally she asked if she could just go to sleep and we'd all pass her the last bow to drop for when she woke up, but we declined so she stayed got it, then D2'd immeadiately after.

Which only disappoints me because, as I was there all night to help, I debated logging on my RNG friend's account(another LSmate) whom was away, and getting him the bow as a suprise since he's always gave up when popping it due to competition but it's far too late in the night now, had she just bowed out and came another time instead of abusing the kindness of an alliance of strangers she didn't know, a great person would've been alot happier, meh suppose I'm the one thinking selfish(albeit not about myself), now.

And to comment on the O.hat runs:

I'm currently 0/5 with parties, and only 3 of those parties actually made it to the camp and only 1 of those parties actually popped more than 1 Haku. I have yet to be able to pop it.

I'm only going to comment on the "successful" run. So anyway, it's lead by someone I've known through an old dynamis shell I used to belong to. It's about 7/18 full, and only 2 people at this point need a hat. I'm psyched and join. Now we are 8/18. I ask a couple of my friends to come along because it's just 3 hats so far. They wouldn't come until I got a final hat count (I don't blame them in retrospect). So eventually, it's like 12/18 and 4 hats. We somehow out of nowhere get 8 people to help (Turns out someone that needed a hat got part of his LS to come). So now we got a full alliance and aggro help. The leader decides to go third because two people that were in his run last time did not get a hat. So, we plow through two hakus in about 40minutes. I'm thinking, damn, this is gonna be easy. We get repop and leader goes. We drop haku again. Now, there are 3 more hats left including myself. All three of us roll to see who goes first. Of course, I get last...and the guy that brought the help goes first. We kill Haku again and he gets drop. All of a sudden people start warping and a party in the alliance dissolves. Me and the other guy are sending each other tells about how pissed we are. Then some of the leader's friends got pissed as hell at these guys and started leaving. I waited 2hrs for help on this, and another ~2+hrs to kill 4 hakus to get hats, and all of a sudden the help we got decides to drop. Fucking prick bastards. I never joined another Ohat pick up run after that. Almost worst night ever.

I know Haku is killable by 12 people, but not when you don't have any stunners and only 1 healer.

Selene's Bow comes from White/Black Coney in Uleguerand Range. I was up at 2 AM camping that >_>
Honestly think Black is WAY higher drop rate, after going 0/13 on white. (3/5 or so on black)

Too bad I haven't a gotten a chance to fight Haku, seems like a GREAT thing to attend. (/lolsarcasm)

Really though, it's those kinds of things I hate to do with pickups... too many jackasses around. (including myself)
