Sho I have a question, do you mostly solo your merits on BLU? Or solo while lfp? Or do you get them as your WAR or something?

Solo'd about 65%ish of my BLU merits. My WAR only has Relic Armor left, and is currently retired, hehe. I rarely get into PTs during the day, as I'm usually doing LS events or some such. I do solo while lfp during the late-afternoon/night, but since the day goes into JP time, it gets harder and harder to get a PT, so I end up soloing 10-30k a day til I sleep off. Also, if I'm not soloing or PTing, I snatch a BRD friend of mine for some duoing. ^^ Apart from all that, I do w/e it takes to get the "easy" exp-- ENMs, Emp Band always (esp the solo 60ENM... basically free Merit for BLU) and escort scrolls/beseiged for my EXP.

I must say, BLU is insanity for solo exp if you know what you are doing. I usually solo Imps like we all do, but if I'm forced to go all out, I go after Jnun and Files as well. If Mire is packed, I haul ass to Tickets and solo Puks, lol. (Yes, we can solo them too, but you'll need Refresh drinks)

Duo'd Frightful Roar in Sacrarium, first Stegotaur dropped a Fomor Codex too. ^^ Then continued on to Riverne Site #B01 and duod Radiant Breath and Jettatura. The weird thing is that my friend and I learned both from the exact same one (first radiant breath, second jettatura), I thought it was kinda weird since we have learned a lot of spells like that now. o.O

Completed PM 4-3 last night and doing 5-2 saturday. Ive been in a semi slow static trying to get sea. Although I might be able to shout and do these quicker its nice doing them with friends.

Also was in a nice party in mount zolholm (sp?) last night as well, so got blue mage merit up to 3 now....

At level 58, Solo'd Feather Barrier, Frightful Roar, 1000 Needles, D.Death, Bad Breath, Eyes on Me, Death Scissors and Heca wave in one afternoon.

Dusted off my 40 blue and owned some eyes in under observation with a nin and whm. After the initial 'we've never done this before' death where the whm got hit with breakga and the main one decided to come attack us while we were fighting the babies owned it handily twice. No charm or even consolation utsusemi ni, but fun fight.

Where you able to kill your eye faster than the Ninja?

Would 2blu and a whm be able to do this?

2 blu + whm should definantly work. We'd read that blm was a good choice and the whm was going to go blm, but decided for whm because it offered so much more. Especially reraise/raise and haste(More for me, nin didn't really need), but also for higher protect/shell and stoneskin/blink to help the whm kite.

Last orb once I'd got the hang of it when my eye was dead the ninjas was still at 50%. But, my mp was low at this point and I had to sit until his was finished off and even waited a few ticks after he was done before going after the big eye. I didn't bring refresh drinks though and I should have, there'd still be small downtime after the mini-eye fight, but they would have been a big help cutting it down.

Anyway, after small eyes the big eye was cake. Easier then the small ones really because the whm isn't kiting anymore and you have someone that can heal the damage you take.(Though I suppose there could be trouble if breakga hit everyone.)

Ya, it's pretty cut-and-dry easy, I've done it with a BLU friend, and my girl as RDM. She (RDM) trains the big eye down the big path, while the two BLUs turn away from the smaller eyes, and rotate Head Butt -> Bludgeon -> Head Butt -> Bludgeon. 1/6 on PCC so far.

Hit 8/8 Blue Magic Skill and got to test it vs Bahamut. Landed only one Filamented Hold. Magic Accuracy = Must be merited! Back to meritting to level Sword Skill first though. Easier to get merits = less merits to work for.

I've been doing UO as BLU BLU RDM lately, it's really easy, just spam Head Butt and Bludgeon. Other spells are really a waste of mp. We don't have to rest usually, but we use 1 yagudo drink per run. We can do it without drinks but then we do have to rest. A lot more fun than with nins and faster too.

Grats! I'm so jealous of people with Homam Feet, lotta potiential for my solo-game, lol (grats all the while ).

My own update-- 4/5 STR, weee. And Dynamis - Buburimu Interloper. BLU/NIN pwns something serious in there vs those dragons and 2hr NMs. I made the BLM alliance shine with Enervation -> Savage Blade -> Disseverment -> Distortion SC + BLM Bliz burst. (got this off about 7 times, even with all the WS spam, haha) Gonna see what happens in Dyna - Qufim on Weds. O_o
