no u cant, legaly he can give away the account as long as he dosent get money for it and SE still gets the monthly fees, thats why they always say like "im actually selling a poem or an email and the account is a free gift"

it also makes it impossible to take any legal actions if he give su bad info cuz u didnt buy the account so he/she can change the "gift" if all they want.

I don't know for sure but, I think in the eyes of the law its the same thing. He is still "selling" the account via the purchase. When I was in college we had a kegger and when we were charged with bootlegging (selling alchohol without a liscense) we used the "we weren't selling alchohol we were selling cups for $3" the cops informed us its still the same thing in the eyes of the law and we received 2 tickets 1 for bootlegging and 1 for 318 count of contributing to the delinquency of minors. I called a GM about the holding of adamantoise he got there pretty quickly and was watching for the most part of the fight roughly 20-30 min of it when Demonhunter had his back turned to it and etc. GM didn't respond for a while so i had to make sure he was there still.
