Anyone that has gone through and finished every aspect of this storyline knows what I'm talking about. With the mentioning of Aht Urghan so many times throughout, one can only wonder "ok now, where's my new content?".

Having my npc throw out cure V's like it's nothing is definatley a nice thing to have around, but ultimatley useless any other time. Level cap 65? No thanks, I'd like a full blown level 75 companion please. I haven't seen any news on adding to these quests and it's been about a year since it came out. The cover boxes for Aht Urghan are the mirror's of Blighted Gloom and Blessed Radiance if anyone is unaware of that, which would clearly have you believe new stuff is coming, but we've already have one update, and another coming soon with no mention of the fellowship quests. I'd just like to know if anyone has heard of even the smallest bit of information concerning this

It's their final gimmic. They will deploy the new companion system with a heavy emphasis on "You can now solo as if your companion were a real person!". This will keep many people in the game, and may bring a few people back, only to leave again from dissapointment.

Seriously. The companion is a toy and nothing more. A toy that can kind of cure and kinda deal damage, but the fact that it won't last more than 10 minutes(if you're killing quickly) kind of negates any benefit it gives. Unless you time its uses for a NM spawn to solo or something.

If they could be called for some new event that you can recieve new items from I can see a use for them, or if you are granted a reward at the end of any new storyline. At the moment though, I agree that there is little use for them. If I could dark skillchain more frequently, or if my Yoli would use Blessed Radiance at a time other than red hp for both of us(seriously wtf) I could see a use in damage, but right now... it's eyecandy.

someone else a while ago said it was probably a test for puppetmaster or some other pet function. i agreed with that person. it was dropped due to general uselessness. kind of like puppetmaster is avoided.

frankly i belive the reason we have not seen any new developments for the fellowship npc's is becauls there currently to ocupied making the content that should have came on the expantion disk. once things settle down i would imagen us being able to call our npc's around the near east.
