They can ban on assumption actually, how did they have proof all those mules they banned were all RMT and not LS mules? They had none and if I remember right some LS mules did get banned in the process.

And, banning on assumption got one of my friends suspended for 3 days at Ulli camp.

Gilsellers are now getting smarter from the looks of it. The Gilsellers wiped to Ullikummi, my friend's LS claimed it and he proceeds to kite it in the south room. Since he's been lagging the whole day thanks to his cable ISP, he'd go red dot on and off. The Gilsellers assumed he was hacking/botting while kiting Ulli and called a GM on him. A GM then warped him to Mordion Gaol for cheating and using 3rd party software.

Conclusion: On the assumption by Gilsellers that he was hacking/botting while kiting Ulli, the GM believed the Gilsellers, not him or his LS, and proceeded to suspend him for 3 days.

Good job, SE! Good job!

The only plus side: DragonGroup LS is rarely seen in Sky nowadays, especially with Hoodlam banned. New Gilseller LS there is Tarutarunation, mostly BLMs; the same BLMs I saw being powerleveled in Boyahda Tree and Kuftal Tunnel. All with similar names with the first 5 letters matching. I have a screenshot of this group in my Screenshots folder.

So, yes, they do ban on assumptions. However, many times, it's the honest players that get the punishment.

As for that GM, one LS member in his LS managed to get as far as filing a complaint on the GM. Other than that, the record of him cheating stays, even if he was falsely accused of it.

While we're one the case of unfair bans...

Someone on my server and his brother played FFXI, different accounts but same CC # and address, anyway one of them was jailed and suspended for speed hacking for using sprint in ballista, this occured twice, he had no speed hacks, just used sprint to run but it didn't stop the GM from banning him.

It doesn't stop there, after one of the brother got banned, the other's was banned shortly after. Why? Because they had the same credit card number and address, so GJ SE, you go after the honest players but don't do jack sh*t to the botters and gil sellers.

I still say the GMs are racists. Why I say this?

Awhile back on BG I seen a thread called "GMs are fucking worthless" in one of the posts it talked about a NA LS and JP LS at FF. The JP linkshell MPKed the NAs 3 times to get claim, the NAs called a GM on each incident and nothing happened.After the NA LS got sick of it and MPKed them to get back the NAs get banned on their FIRST MPK while the JP didn't get a slap on the wrists.

Trestan you would make a great GM!! No LS and all names start w/ Fsdfwedf and Wdsfkjd, yeah many people (not just gilsellers) team up together from the beginning of the game w/ names that don't make sense don't use LS and level together at the same level everywhere, you are SOOO right.
