Was talking to a GM the other day about the whole GSers situation cause i was in Gar lvling my 49 BLU and saw all the GSers camping serket. I call up the GM and talk to him about the GSers situation and heres how it went:

ME: "How is it that I, a average everyday player and confirm that a person is a GSers with evidence showing that will allow u to delete them?"

GM: "RMT or Real Money Traders are people that are involved with the selling of in game money for real money"

Me: "Yes... I know but HOW can I prove that they ARE GSers?"

GM: "You must witness them participate in large trades of gil or expensive items that are tied with the trade of real money"

Me: "I see..."

So this is how it broke down, basically SE is telling us this, the ONLY way to prove that these people ARE GSers is to BUY there gil and report it. Ultimately getting ourselves deleted because we would be participating in RMT. So why the hell doesnt SE just buy like 1 mil of gil as a undercover character, when the trade is made delete that character and any and all characters that they are trading and involved with. I mean SE doesnt give us PLAYERS any way of proving that GSers are GSers without us getting deleted ourselves. So SE should play the undercover cop and bust the GSers. Im not bitching about GSers cause honestly they dont effect me all that much. But to all you people that constantly bitch about GSers, this is only way that GSers can be deleted with evidence. So get out there and buy gil and show it to the GMs and get those GSers deleted along with your whinny selves. /end rant

P. S. oh yea to all you GS whiny people. Your posting on a site that supports GSERS! Do you not notice the links to GSer websites on the top of this page!?

I once thought about GM's doing undercover operations to kick off RMT's just like you're saying now, but reading more into the subject i saw the problem with that idea.

SE, a business, is going to spend it's own money, to kick off Customers that are paying them money to use their services.

It's not gonna work : No company would spend it's own money to kick off customers. That's just not... business. You're free to go and do it yourself though, just it'll cost you your own money and time also.

Personally i don't think they care if ppl make money off them such as RMT. If it isn't affecting SE directly then it's not a problem. If SE really didn't like RMT's making money off them, they would have taken care of the issue already, or be doing more to get rid of the current existing RMT's. If they pay Fees, it's all good to SE.

Have you checked the recent reports for this quarter on who owns the MMORPG market?
SE is at 500,000 player base that is it, they will not do anything to lose proffits at this point, period.
WoW is at 7million player base, so they can tinker with their market, but not SE. It's the last leg of this game coming soon cause they will not fix the problems, they are done with this game mainly in Japan and that is what should be keeping it alive and virile.
Just buy gil or something and play, or don't feel good about yourself and your accomlishments and keep playing, or quit. But don't act like your astonished when a corporation doesn't take your concerns for shit in the real world.

Then I saw it and realized it's just another uninteresting cry over RMT thread.

Yo Smart one, if you read the thread you would notice im not pissing at the RMT prob or "GSers" as they are often called on my server. But its stating a idea on what SE says is the only way to prove that these people are GSers. You have failed at trying to flame because you cant even read. This is stating a solution for all the pissy people who complain about GSers. I am telling them to get themselves deleted and take down some GSers with there pissy ass selves.

Edit: Its also to show to those pissy people that SE aint going to do shit really the only way to prove to a SE these people that this person or that is a GSer is to freaken be a buyer from them. BTW, if I was going to post about Gold Smithing wouldnt you THINK I would put this in the Gold Smithing section?

I think SE made it clear 3 years ago that they don't planning on doing much unless the issue becomes obscene (padded caps, Holiday 2005 inflation) and they don't care to have the playerbase constantly trying to "proove" that they're dealing with RMT.

What was your other bright idea on how to prove someone is RMT?
