SE doesn't do that, because to buy gil, you need to pay for it before making the transaction.
SE isn't going to waste money to lose even more money, if they can make means of finding it out on their own.

I actually had read the entire ToS for FFXI, and I've read most (I skipped the paragraphs that talked about copyright crap) of thw WoW ToS.
It's good to know what can and can't be done, and not just for games. I used to pull out the old KI ToS every now and then to prove a point, and then someone decided to change it all up. :[
And dear OP:
The day you wire Wigglestyx enough money to make the site ad-free is the day the IGE banners come down.
If you don't like the fact that there are small, unintrusive, tastefully-designed banners for IGE and its affiliates on this site, then do us all a favor and DON'T FUCKING POST HERE.

they jepordized by making most of the good players quit the game. they should have said screw it and ban them but its too late now, too many are gone already. btw SE doesnt run the the customer service end of the game SOE does. thats why the game sucks.
