Was it just me or by The New Orleans Saints defeating The Atlanta Falcons last night that it was really a metaphor for black people beating the establishment or poor people beating president Bush who is responsible for the destruction of New Orleans?

I dont see the similarities. The fact is, there was an enormous amount of pressure on Atlanta, that they folded. Plus, if you contain Vick, you contain their whole offense.

That's not true Mister Warrick Dunn is a force this year on the run. NOLA's def basically sucks but they did a good job frustrating Atlanta. My mistake, they did a good job frustrating President Bush attempt to keep blacks poor in the United States.

The superdome should've stayed full of and surrounded by feces-contaminated water, where it belongs.

Sonos says movies and video games make him more violent so just consider the source. It's not hard to believe he'd also be tweaked by the influence of left-wing nut-jobs.
(see http://www.killingif...=posts&q=135849)
i'm more violent because of movies and videogames. i think the government should stay out as well but video game players are fooling themselves if they dont think there is a ring of truth to the accusations.

Err... Half the city is still screwed.. yet the superdome has allready been rebuilt?
I see the fine people of Louisiana have there priorities in place. Or did the evil Bush administration commit another dastardly (using an outdated word for the outdated classwarefare/racewarfare type of politics discussion, go figure) act and purposely send all that money to the superdome so he could oppress the black peoples proletarian witt?

You'd think it was the state's fault for not raising the levees unless of course those levees were funded solely by the US government and not by state funds. I mean, the hurricane was bad and all, but when you live under sea level you can expect a 100% flood with or w/o levees. Those levees just keep the water under control to an extent.
Ok, that ends my bullshit post. Pick and chew on it all you want.

Rebuilding the Dome first was their attempt to regain some money. A majority of New Orlean's income comes from Tourism, whether it's the dome or that dude selling bootlegs on the corner they depend on tourist. My guess they just figured that fixing the dome and all the bars around it would bring the football crowds in faster.
