I learned Caffeine has a half-life of 6hours, so even after complete consumption, it is still in your body after 6hours.

It varies widely, from 3 hours in a healthy person to 30+hours in kids, and up to 90+ in someone with a bad liver. It's heavily dependant on the individual person's ability to break down toxins. Liver and kidneys, mainly.

Regardless, I piss the stuff out entirely too quickly for it to be effective. That's why it's straight crack ftw for me.
