I am only lvl 26 as of now, but i was planning ahead, and was buying some stuff like a Great Bow+1 and a Battle Bow+ 1 and went on to look at what i would need next. I saw the Eurytos Bow was lvl 55, now, it costs 2.5 million gil on my server, or atleast thats what i have heard. My question is....how would YOU go about by getting it? I could farm for like 2 months and save up....or kill the NM eastern Shadow, and get the drop. Now, to anyone who has fought/killed Eastern Shadow, is the bow a Rare drop? And, should i have a high lvl help me kill it, or get a party of lvl 55's? what would you do? I am very curious, so a swift answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

the shadow is around lv 60-65 or so so u need a high lv party to get it.
im also a ranger(lv 42) and i would like to get that bow, amemet mantle and the peacock charm both items go for about 3.5 mil a piece on cerberus. when i get that lv, im going to get a party started to get bow or ask our ls to help me. u COULD farm but that would take waaaay to long. good luck in the future and i hope i was helpfull.

Good luck, it's very rare, you'd get the money faster than getting the party, getting the spawn, and getting the drop.

Once a day!? *gulp* I refuse to pay that much for a Bow. I will have to get a high lvl to help me . Damn, exactly HOW rare is this drop?Also, wen u say once a Day, you mean In-game day right?

Hey I'm a 59 ranger on bahamut and the eurytos boy is a NM in fey'in and it pops once a day and is highly camped...so getting it almost impossible i suggest fighting BCNM a bunch of times and just buying it since its the best bow in the game...also ranger dont need the peacock charm they are good enough with a bow...anyway hope it helps

Also, I hope you have people willing to camp for hours on end in one room with you ... and compete with other people. Either way, getting it is going to take a lot of time. The War Bow +1 is only 4 damage less, and its stats aren't much lower than the Eurytos' Bow.

1 real life day, it's a 25 hour spawn rate, and a high level won't help you, because you'll need a party for it, plus they'll want it.. it's better to buy it, but honestly i don't think it's worth the $$..

yes.. start saving.. or just be smart and just get a warbow+1 and use that..

I think you shouldn't start worrying about that bow until you get high enough to use it, heh^^ I do fine with a war bow+1.

Hahahaha ... cracks me up. A buddy of mine on my server has finally saved up enough money to buy the bow. But its not for sale! Like two have sold this month! Let this also be a less for ya'll - just because you have the money, it's not a sure thing. He's probably gonna have to camp the AH to find one.

id worry about Fransisca over that damn bow, by the time you get 63 youll want that weapon and amient mantle more than the bow. The weapon is rare ex so you cant save teh gil to get it and freakin beastmaster kill it the second it spawns -__-
