doubtful on the telling the truth thing. his popularity never dipped in the polls. i think after america watched him squirming with disgusting questions they felt pity for him, not contempt. his polls only fellmarginally. whereas bush jr. is as low as Nixon, our nations worst and most destructive president. that should really tell you something.
he keeps saying he doesnt look at polls. thats arrogance those polls reflect the people that put the stupid bastard in office in the first place. he is doing such a miserable job its disappointing. whatever he touches turns to lead.

You also forget, for a while there Bush had polls better than Clinton ever had. He is NOT the worst and most distructive president. You should consult facts and not perosnal opinion on saying something like that.

History will show otherwise. This is the most skeptical and pessimistic I have ever seen regular people in my lifetime. I have not lived 70 years mind you but people are miserable and I believe it's because of an extremely weak leadership. A country needs an intelligent leader in troubled times as these and in Bush we simply do not have that. He is as bad as Nixon and Nixon is probably the main force why most people mistrust and fear their politicians today.
For the opposite take a guy like Reagan. He was doing a news conference day after day explaining what was going on and why we were so great. He made everyone feel happy and safe about the country where they lived. No genius but an effective leader during a hard time.
Bush on the otherhand mistrusts journalists and never speaks in public unless the crowd is fixed to clap at his bulletpoints. Thats a fact. maybe he can stand up to faceless dictators we see on the tv set but he's a pussy when it comes to speaking to his own countrymen. Which makes him vile in my and many other people's eyes.
I could go on about why he is poison for the US but its been said before. Anwar, Katrina, Death Tax, subsidized Prescription Drugs for votes(as bad as the New Deal), yada yada yada and of course his big dog Iraq. Which is Vietnam if not worse. The right thing to do is to make his job harder by making a more democratic congress so we can keep the permanent damage to a minimum.

The whole Iraq thing began before Regan when Jimmy Carter was president. If you want to talk about a crazy forign policy look at his 4 years in office.
Bush may nor not mistrust journalists, but in all honest if you have been raked over the coles so many times by reporters like the Dan Rather faked document incident wouldnt you eventually start getting annoyed with it? Bush's strong point is not public speaking that is obvious, his strong point is action. His actions directly after 9/11 united the nation to fight. Those were a nice few months when partisin politics were much less important than kicking some ass. I will not defend Bush on all his actions, I really dont like his policys on illegals and such, but I really dont think that he is as bad of a president as people want him to be. Im afraid that there will never be another good president as divided as the nation is becoming on these issues. People dont respect bush as a wartime president because they think its "his war", which couldnt be more further than the truth. It was a powder keg that he took care of that was made during the Carter years, filled during the regan years, shook up during Bush Sr. years, sat on during the Clinton years and now being taken care of now. I really blame the UN for half this mess. I lothe the UN and everything it stands for.

"If you're not a liberal when you're 25, you have no heart. If you're not a conservative by the time you're 35, you have no brain."
That quote is falsely attributed to Winston Churchill, wonder who it really belongs to. At any rate more people do tend to gravitate to a conservative viewpoint as they get older it seems..........

I heard that quote as well, I thaught it was Winston Churchhill that said it. Is there any proof either way?

LOL maybe, but then again that would also mean that the poll results for clinton after the lewensky thing also dont count.

Billy Clint is the fucking man. Good show of restraint there.
Fox news fails hard... I kinda laugh when people talk about what they saw on the news, b/c the shit is a farce.

Considering the fact that the St. Petersburg Times and the Washington Post both knew about this particular senator's activities three years prior to this particular incident and its less than five weeks until a major election, Im going to have to say that this is just another desperate Democratic ploy to deface the superior Republican party. Im no fan of the way the party has been going recently, but Ill admit that even though they've been knocked on their heals, the GOP still has a better chance of overall seat winnings in the upcoming elections. If the Clintons cant get their party some seats and then lose again in '08, they're political careers are over with. Billary (thats right, I said Billary, and you heard it here first) might just want to take the Senate seat they've got and keep it in '08.
Finally, let us all not forget the most important factors here: Who is this particular paige and really how old is he? Did the congressman and the individual ACTUALLY have intercourse? Or was it simply a string of naughty communications of which I understand the parents were aware?
It has been said on television that the "intern"(lol) in question is actually over the age of 18. If so, who gives a crap? The democrats dont give a crap about this kind of thing. This is the self-proclaimed NAMBLA party. (Look that up). The libs couldnt care less about the actions that allegedly took place here. The reason they care is because they think it will debase the Republicans enough to get a few of their voting bases to not show up on election day.

Rule #1 of arguing for what you believe in:
If you're dumb enough to do this, at least don't make your views so blatantly obvious.

Well, clinton doesn't need to punch anybody. The dude is HOOD (office in harlemFTW), all he has to do is pass on one of those presidental blunts and the reporter would get his.
But if it were me, I'd laugh at him the way I laugh at the trolls here (sup Mrs.City, B.dragon....ECT).
