starts at 8pm est. for the most part will be alot like every event must have at least 1 person working with you and may involve repeats multiple times to get all the new goodies, if 3 lanterns any thing like the three eggs you dont have to go to each city (like trees) but rather offer up different combinations (of costumes?) to complete the quest.

Coven hat Latent Effect: HP+3% MP+3%

If you are level 1,3,5,7,9 Odd numbers u get the HP+3% Effect

If you are level 2,4,6,8,10 Even numbers u get the MP+3% Effect
