OK, we've seen what the moderators want. I'm curious what the lurkers, FW regulars, and even the trolls think.
Should FW be erased, or should it remain? You may vote anonymously or you may post your reasoning behind it.
We've got like 5 "Good bye threads" but not a "What do the non-mods think" thread. So, here it is.

Either way it probably won't change FWs fate, but i'm just curious where the users stand, not the staff.

dont care either way. if anything my rl productivity will increase when i dont have a reason to visit anymore. ffxi will be around for a while (lolultima online) but the downward slide is fairly stark now.

Personally, I think it should be erased. Its just the thing Flamewars needs. Flamewars, despite every mod saying otherwise, will just happen under another name. This should be just the thing to make people, you know, not suck at flaming anymore.

These days I perfer to liken FW to Muhammad Ali. In his prime he was quick and sharp, both of the mind and fist. Then as time went he got slow and twitchy, his once quick verbal jabs became slurred. He became weak, a mere shadow of his former self.
I say shut it down, then without a centralized flaming center the stupid will dissipate and seep into the rest of the site in a reasonable dosage.
