There was a fishbot that used to do that occasionally. Maybe happens with their bots if they use them. And if they do, I'd assume it would be made for them.

I was camping Minstrel's Coat, and gil sellers claimed. They killed and after they lotted their siren hair they invited me to the alliance to lot the coat... 13 gil sellers camping Novv seems like overkill... but, 2 NMs do pop in the area...
