Did your bank stopped Square Enix from billing in? It happens alot. Contact your bank to see if thats the problem.

SO i contacted SE and they told me that street and st are diffeent on there server so i put in st at the end of my address instead of street and it worked -.-;

This helped alot. I had put Drive and decided to try Dr and voila it went through!
