RDM73 at the moment, currently using Enfeebling + Geist/Boroka. Wondering when I get 75 about Locq, and Magnetic when I end up doing Apoc Nigh, and the MND+2 Mithra RSE earring when that finally drops. I also carry Moldy around for nukes! Do I really need to carry all 6 earrings around?

Enfeebling/MND+2 set for MND based enfee.
Enfeebling/INT+2 set for INT based enfee.
INT+2-Elemental/Moldy for nukes.
Augmenting/MND+2 for Enhancing.
Dark/INT+2 for Dark.
Loquacious Solo/Fresh-Haste macro or max MP setup, associated with Astral Earring if you're really pro.
And this is best answer you can get^^;
Just carry what you gonna use. For example dont get dark set if you sub NIN, but dont forget enhancing set if you're solo.. Would also be cool to carry your MP set if you're goin to merit pt, etc...

I use Magnetic full time, and slap in enfeebling/loq/relaxing/moldy where applicable.

INT has been proven to not do anything for Drain or Aspir or any other Dark spell, it's solely based on skill thx

i use loq. earring permanently in one slot and just about every other earring listed here swapped in the other. ;3

i have magnetic in one slot full time, the other has loq most of the time. moldy macro'd in for nukes, relaxing put in for resting if i have the inv space to spare >.> If i had the money for a communion =(, i'd macro that in. I rarely get a resisted enfeeb so i find enfeeb in an earring slot to be rather pointless and a waste of money. And it would take more than 3 enhancing to make my phalanx absorb more dmg, so that's a waste for me. And as for a dark earring....3 skill really isn't much on that when our cap is so low anyway lol. If you want 3 dark skill, get the lvl 50 jse for free lol. You can also use that piece for the enhancing

I use Magnetic almost permanently. But I carry around:

Augmenting
Moldavite
Relaxing
Depending on my subjob and space concerns, these also sometimes find their way into my Gobbie bag:
Wizard's
Singing
Suppanomimi
Brutal
I stopped bothering with +MND and +INT earrings on RDM.
