I was reading the description and the following question came up:

Would it be possible to solo this BCNM should you get lucky enough to choose the correct box? I know you'll be horribly mauled if you don't, but if it's actually possible, I'm considering trying it since the rewards could be well worth it seeing as I wouldn't have to split the profits.

I have heard of ppl going in on a level 1 job too, so you don't lose xp if you end up dead ^^ might wanna try that out

I didn't think mimic could be killed. As a thief I have run into a few mimics before and let me tell ya, those things are scarry. BTW, Do you think a thief could perferct dodge the use a warp scroll kinda like normal coffer hunting?

Did it yesterday. I went to Giddeus with two friends, Matmat and Golgoth. We respectively switched to DRK45 (I cleared the way), RDM23 and DRG18. We all entered solo, one at a time.

Matmat used his first seal, and gets slaughtered.

I use my seal, and get Quake and the Monk Ring lvl50 w/ Latent Effet: "Counter"+2.

Matmat uses a second seal and gets a Platinium Ore and the Samurai Ring lvl50 w/ Latent Effect: Accuracy +5.

Golgoth uses his seal and gets slaughtered.

2/4, not too shabby. Now to sell the loot and share...

Has anyone done this a successfully a second time. I was wondering If you always get your job's ring and one other item or if you already have the ring if you wouild get something else in place of the ring. I have completed it one time and wanted to know if it's worth another try.

I received the MNK ring and I'm not MNK. Main job is WAR, I went there as a DRK, and MNK is one of the only jobs I have below 30.

My fellow Matmat received the SAM ring, he's BRD.

So the ring is random.
