From what I understand you need the NQ dream hat and the Nation you belong to christmas tree and wait one game day until you can get it. Point and note I am bastoken and have had the sandy tree up since last celebration and didnt get it last year even with the hat. This year I bought all 3 other trees put em in the mog house and layed them out. Either a game day or two later, Boom the moogle tells me i have a special present and get my hat +1.


Also I find it interesting where last year it seemed just a big annoyance to get the dream robes, while this year its very easy. I would think there would be a way to at least put a challenge on it without it being completely annoying. Case and Point the halloween celebration and following the ghosts and partnering up with a friend, or the Valentine one. I dont want it to be as easy as this. I want a challenge.

If any of you remember the past events involving the Dream Hat+1, you had to raise "kid fame" by giving them presents and making them happy. You don't need all 3 trees, just one, you wear the NQ Hat, buy presents from the moogles, and hand them out to children, after so many presents you would max your fame in regards to the kids then your moogle would find the present.

I don't know if the process still works for this year, but that has been how it is for the past 2 events.

I got "Roll of buche au chocolate" this morning from "the smilebringers" inside of my Dream Platter.
Looks like we get sweets from our MH furnishings this year =/
I hope there is more to this event than just this.. its kinda boring..

Okay so, is there actually a new body? All I'm aware of is the three new furnishing items - but you [Dyire] seem to mention both Dream Robe (of which I have NQ/HQ from last year) and Dream Coat. Browsing over Pebble's site, I see no new Dream Coat, so I'm assuming they're the same thing?

any one figured out the exact process to which you aquire a dream robe? i missed out on getting one last year, i hope to get the NQ and possibally the HQ before the event ends...(already got event furnishings)

It's easy. Do the little quest to find the fake Smilemaker at least twice. First time gets the furnishing, second time can be Dream Robe, Dream Robe +1, or some fireworks.
