I'm not sure about anywhere but San d'Oria, but I assume it must be similar for the other stable areas. Go outside the stables and look around- there should be two new NPCs that have appeared standing right next to each other. In Sandy they're Elvaan, so they're probably humes in Bastok and so forth... One will talk to you about Kamp Kweh, the other will (almost unintelligably) babble about the hot and cold game. Talk to her (at least it's a her in Sandy, again) and she'll eventually sign you up if you have a choco and give you the greens and the chocographs.

There were quite a few mugwort for sale, but they also seem to be in extremely high demand. Dunno why.

I was allowed 5 more digs and then on the 20th dig attempt:
Your Chocobo refuses to dig any more.
Perhaps you should try another day.

My choco has poor endurance, and was only able to dig successfully 19 times. Can anyone report if improved endurance gives you more chances to dig?

I've done it twice and got extremely lucky I guess. Yesterday I got a Titanic Sawfish which goes for about 200k on Gilgamesh. Today I got a Dragon Talon which was going for 200k but the last 2 sold for 50k. I'm not going to say which area I got them. Thats for you to find out!!
