Also, try H-8 of Newton Movaloplis, you will need to go thru some twists and turns but I found the exp better and easier then D-11. I didn't have to invis after every pull.

sorry for the late bump >< new to the thread, but...
there's a camp in vunkerl inlet [s] at e-12. i don't think it was mentioned, but maybe it was and i missed it :x wiki lists it as 66-72 i believe, but as a tarutaru with decent gear, my sleeps still resist like crazy at 66. no pluto's or enfeebling torque/earring though.
it works great as trio at 63, duo at 64-66 as well.
