I'm trying to establish if ISNM eggs have a higher chance of being colored. Poll accordingly to wether you bought your egg or got as a drop and wether its colored or yellow.

I have recieved only eggs from ISNM. My first attempt at raising a chocobo yielded a Yellow chocobo. My second attempt, a black chocobo.
But I like to note my first egg came before you could trade the egg to the NPC.

I don't think color is determined where you get your egg. I'm pretty sure all NPCed/ISNM eggs give you a 1/5 chance at getting a color. If you really want a color go find a couple people with colored chocobos and breed them for 100% garuntee.

my first egg (from Orobon BCNM, Bit warm) was yellow, and my second (from Brutus's quest, Bit warm) was yellow.

Bought my 1st Egg in Upper Jeuno, did a STR/END Build and it's yellow.

Second Chocobo egg from ISNM60(Wamoura One@Mount Zhayolm) and it turned out Blue.

I got my egg from the Making a Mockery ISNM and it's yellow.

and a new one on day 12...

first yellow was quest, second yellow was from yellow and blue mate

the blue was made from blue and black

the one on day 12 was made from that blue that was made from the black and blue one, and the second yellow one made from blue and yellow.

I've bought two eggs from Jeuno, both yellow. Three of my LS mates bought one egg each, both yielded yellow. My other LS mate has also bought two eggs, one turned out yellow, the second has turned out [red]red.[/red]

I got my egg from ISNM60 Making a Mockery, I traded it to the guy and didnt go back until about 120+ days later. It turned out Black, and that prick bastard named it "Cap" in my stead. (
