I am getting ready to do the Dark Spark quest for my Whm but I already started it with Drg ( have not found the coffer or key) and it won't let me start the Whm one. Do I need to do Drg before I can start or is there a place I can reset the quest and just do Whm??

You must do the DRG one first probably, then do it for WHM..

I had the exact same problem as you did. I wanted to finish my BST AFs, but I had already accepted the BRD Hand quest.
I tried to follow the Artifact re-acquisition quest on Mysterytour to attempt to erase the Hand AF quest, but all I ended up doing was throwing away the 3 BRD AFs that I had.
You have to finish your DRG Hand AF first.
