I don't know if someone put this here yet but I thought we should congratulate World of Warcraft for their accomplishment. Even though numerous members of KI hate World of Warcraft, they've done a good job lol.

WoW is such a generic game its like a prettier, easier version of EQ. I play it on and off while I break from FFXI... When I start its like "Omg this is fun!", then after 3 weeks...ish.. Its like... "Zomg!!.....Why the hell am I doing the same thing over n over n over n over, the only jobs in that game that even get graphics are mages >_>"...

Its a pretty fun game to play in short bursts...
I had a lot of fun during my free trial they offer...

While id never move to the game full time... Anybody who makes it a mission to put down the game is clearly jealous of its success

Have you fought C'thun or Twin Emperors? Gothik or Thaddius? Nefarian or Ragnaros? I don't know how you can think stuff like Fafnir or Tiamat or Kirin are better than those fights. That's not even counting TBC. And yes, weapon skills are nice and pretty but imo the class and boss design in WoW makes up for that.

Its not directly about World of Warcraft, just the fact that its the fastest selling PC game of all time. And that its only an expansion pack.

But not everyone knows if it is record breaking. This is the other games section. He posted a news item about another game. Not everyone knows when what games break which records. I didn't know until I saw this thread, and I'm sure others didn't either.
