Hey... to spark some discussion, can people post about the following:


LS: CoeurDeLaMer
Player: Ambixes
LS: Dynasty
LS: PPN

Ambixes was the leader of CoeurDeLaMer which was a blue pearl. At the time i believe the only LS that could have rivaled it (NA wise anyway) was FM which was also still new. People such as Lindz, Ajun, Booki, Cubby, Lordender, Lok, Bick, Remii, Valkry, Angeliene, Areen, and myself were in it, there were others just can't think of their names off the top of my head.

Later when Ambixes wasn't on as much and eventually quit his RL brother Ajun created Dynasty which was a white pearl. Most of the people from CDLM went over to that pearl with only a few exceptions.

EDIT** Ajun actually ended up quitting himself, and leadership fell to Booki, a few months later Ajun came back and made a social LS called NextStop, but in the end most of us just ended up moving to NextStop anyway. In any case those people in NextStop and LeeT made up the original PN which was an event LS originally. Anyone from either LS was allowed in PN. There was another LS that was a part of PN too in the beginning, or at least we had some members from them. I forget what it's name was though, think the pearl was black and name started with an "E"

Later on Ajun and Cryptik (leader of ls LeeT) created the Pink Narbies pearl that was mainly for events, until eventually the two just merged on their own.

Gogogo Sho on SF history Was started by Shokox Ahlyana and Bluedoor (might be missing someone) been around since before July '04 which is when i started playing and joined... always been a small social ls dont even want to go one the key members or w/e as I know ill forget someone >.>; as i said gogogo Sho... I just posted cause I <3 SF and know Sho was one of the first to blu 75(probably first fully merited blu btw)

okie dokie... i'm back and I added the cdlm/dynasty/nextstop/leet/pn/ppn/pt history - thx aerin!
also added some info on shadow flame... touched up on a few mistakes.

if you see mistakes please point them out... i'd like to think i have a good memory, but there are some things that I assumed that could be wrong, so if you see something that doesn't look right to you, point it out.

also, some people are posting some good ideas for drama stories and such, try to post the whole story or at least try to use search and link me with an old thread so i can make a good summary of it.

anyways keep the ideas and stories coming, i'll be here most of the night =p

I think Snowleaf and Rickaru were 75 bards before falda and angel, who were 75 a bit before shakara. Also worth mentioning is Snowleaf's LS, I think it was either Legacy or Legend or something like that. They were one of the first NA LS to start killing serket, genbu, etc. Members like Kenshinx, Spehirothx, Snowseason, others....

My linkshell history started with a ls i made with 5 RL friends called Bloc... now only angena and i play... we went to crimsoncrusaders lead by gonks... then i went to knightssoul... then i went to perfection.... where i spent most of my ffxi life so far in... left perf ... went to Skillz for like 1-2 days ... went back to perf... had my last argument with yuufuu went to Bebe lead by Wendee and Thalmaultu (who i know irl) then i ended up in FM somehow...had a lot of social linkshell's on the way... sanoske... some ls called killarmy... onemusen... orcipocs... and some others... not much about perf in this thread... not much that i really want to talk about heh but heres some memories i had ...

lol a lot of things happend in that ls inside and out... people rather just forget about it... i learned a lot in that ls... made a lot of friends... did a lot in that ls... i dont regret being in that ls... just rather not bring things up about it... glad to see a lot of them still around though... in VFSvII where most went and a few went to FM like myself and a lot of them coming back such as Kevmon =D!

side note another thing to add could be a list of slowest levelers cuz we all know theres people who can get a 75 job in 3 months and then theres thouse who cant get 75 in 3 years...

Blah wish someone else from the old ls posted here not to sure on the details.
From what i've been told the exiled was a guild Built originally in eqoa and migrated here when ps2 release came.
tasi pillage and azzriel were first to arrive and from there about 80% (I think) of the guild in eqoa migrated to ffxi.

Eventually as every linkshell does they got the itch to fight big things together so we fought gods for a while but since rodman baralai and shylocke had gotten thier fill
of gods before hand with pinknarbies it kinda got old quick.

The one time exiled tried to camp a big bird was in the middle of the whole junglist and knightssoul feud kinghtssoul had just combined
with some other shell so they were itching to prove something they got the pull and proceded to start wiping with 14 people along comes seankp and some
reinforcements and I (on my old character godpoing) /shout seannnnnnn save your shell they're embarrasing! so yeah good timeswere had by all
