havning no issues with SE tells me this:
you never hold a lot of gil in the last few years
you never send high value items though mail
you never "gave" or made frequent trades with people
you didn't have a high volume of trades between an alt mule account
you didnt garden during the garden bans
you never had a double charge by SE ( some people didn't)
you never had to deal with the 1$ bs (some people didn't)
you never had to deal with getting a overcharge or a double charge back refunded
you never been scammed or hacked in game or got lucky with one that knows what their doing
did not do salavge with people that "hacked"

I wonder if SE changed their RMT pwner crap because i know my ls leader hands out gil splits and such i wonder how it worked to target my mule account for. I did not even trade high value items with my mule it was a large amount of trades though.

I really do not understand why or how people have problems in WoW when all my issues where solved vs having countless issues with SE and hearing MASS having the same problems ( salvage bans, gardening bans, and the billing bans where the big events) topped off that I can not pay in pounds. the "maintenance" at the same time people are billed and when you need to change your billing is stupid where you can not play for a day or something or w/e, wow doesn't do that ether, nor does wow make you pay a full month for 5 days of play. this time i came back on the first of the month, SE is stupid.

I can't imagine losing a whole character in WoW. If it was some lowbie alt, I might not care too much but if it was one of my geared toons, i'd fly off the handle. I'm thinking "no, I just have 2 specs of gear in my bags for eye candy purposes."

I am not asking a forum how SE handles finaces, I am telling a forum how SE handles it, how wow handles it. I want an answer based on that who bills people better, who handles their customer service better based on it.

guess you do not read, they repay they do not give refunds that you are stuck with it, they gave the BBB the same replay.

I even called FFXI Europe about the pound thing, they gave " there is nothing we can do" BS so I BBBed that as well, a frined did the same thing ( posted the link to that thread). SE put us both in circles even though the BBB. it is not right to charge someone 30$ for one month for ONE chr because you can not F**** bill people.

On the subject on customer service though, (well more GM than specifically customer service like you were talking about Mattelot) I remeber back when I had my Sha'ir Manteel stolen from me way back when it was Worth over 50 mil and closer to 100 mil. FFXI GMs did nothing, though I feel pretty confident that had it happened on WoW I would have the item back and the other player would have been banned at least temporarily.

that is worth more then then the total worth of of both of your wow accounts ( BaliCupid and matt) combined.

I do not know how wow was like in the past but now people are in icc 25 with in weeks of hitting 80, i do not exactly see people taking JoL/ AV / PW successfully after being 75 for a few weeks

learn what? the problems of FFXI customer service is well documtned and they tell you you can not pay in pounds just like how wow says you can not transfer between regions because it is different company. FFXI's issue is easly fixed well wow lets me pay in pounds. you are just butt hurt because you do not like what i said in flame wars or something like that guy that posted on my second BG check, has nothing to do with how i know how FFXI works or the problems with FFXI. I do not see how you can tell someone " your well" with well documented information. people thought I was nuts when i talked about INT > ele skill in some slots and how over gearing in ele skill is stupid, that topic was put in the old FW, Been told I was wrong and yet today people use those concepts I argued for long ago.

Opinions are always biased, regardless of the level of experience in a certain situation. Your problem is, you cannot let go of the fact that people will have a different opinion from you on any given topic. Matt's experience with SE customer service has been pretty good, so he is free to express his opinion as such, just as you able to speak your piece about how SE sucks. Where you fail is that you cannot understand how someone can claim that SE has good customer service, because it doesn't match up with your own personal experience. People can use the same service/product and have a wide variety of differing experiences between them, shaping their opinions of the service/product. Just because you have had bad service from SE doesn't mean the rest of us have. Until someone compiles empirical data comparing the exceptional experiences with the bad, all you have is your own experience.

It doesn't matter if this a game forum or not, since people will inevitably interject their own humanity into what they post. It's quit frankly ignorant to assume that everyone who posts is a robot typing away about game mechanics and posting screen captures. Your worth as a human being is quite little, as you are male who has not managed to reach the mental maturity of his physical age. You continuously demonstrate this in not just your bastardization of the English language, but also your thought processes. If you truly do have a learning disability, then I apologize. However, if you do not, you're fucking worthless because you have not changed your abhorrent ways with your primary language and lack the basic mental reasoning skills of an adult when it comes to communicating with people, forum or not.

that is what i had a problem with from the start. he can have his own options i would not care as much if "opinion" was stated vs " unbiased" of course i would still ask him his experiences and show him mine then say ohhh i did not know wow had those issues and that would be it. But to me he goes a bit far saying "my option is wrong" only his matters, and that i made up stories. I have a problem in him tryign to get across " my way is the only way" sort of speak.
