I was just wondering if their PH's are placed in a certain way on widescan as in VE and LL. If so, please feel free to illustrate!

afaik, there is no distinct pattern on the PH, but you can know which one it is because it's the only one that will walk in the water and wander around

Mee Deggi's PH is still the same as it always used to be. Look harder, and you will find out Mee/Quu pop from their PHs.

Ok, so its:

Chance of Rare/Ex OR chance of Rare from the same mob? That's kind of dumb if it is that way, since RMT can still monopolize, however it cuts their profits by half (or whatever the droprate if rare/ex is over the rare).

i got drop off quu 1/1 ... feet are called Sarutobi Kyahan r/ex. got mee deggi too but no drop.

R/E mostly drops but theres a chance for the non R/E version 2 drop on the mob. Not sure if the normal 1 is true...

SE just worded it wrong. I'm sure it only drops the rare/ex version. Ochiudo's Kote are a BCNM drop now. If it dropped both RMT would still be able to monopolize and defeat the purpose of making a rare/ex version.

Same exact thing happened in 05' when they made Lizzy and VE's drops rare/ex.

Mee and Quu DO NOT have placeholders. That was changed a long time ago. There are 9 yag pops in the room and either NM can pop with all 9 yags up. When I was camping for O. Kote before the update I would always kill the yag that everyone believed to be the PH. Once while killing the "PH" (with all 8 of the other yags up) Mee popped. I've seen it happen to several others since then but if people want to miss a claim while they're killing another yag that's fine with me ^^

If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I'd call BS on this; However, it's true. The "PH" spawned right in the water in front of me, but another person grabbed it. While they were fighting I saw Mee Deggi pop on the land behind him, to my complete surprise. I lost the claim to a pos hacking taru, but that's besides the point.

they dont drop the non r/e one. i was confused at first too so i checked the german version of pol and there it said it replaces the old one
