There is a PH for Mee and Quu. The reason people think a PH doesn't exist is because it and Mee/Quu have different spawn times and windows.
Angina posted a complete guide to it on the Mee Deggi NM entry on Alla.

Basically: PH is still the same for each NM. PH still respawns at 5-5:07 after death. However, the NM's window doesn't open as soon as it killed, and doesn't close when the PH is back up.
Instead, the NM window opens 2 in-game hours AFTER you kill the PH, and doesn't close until roughly 6 in-game hours after the PH's death. This is why it is possible for the PH AND the NM to be up at the same time.

What the hell is your problem? I don't mean to sound tough over the internet but if someone said that to me in real life I'd punch them in the mouth. I was just assuming that would be the one since no one has given confirmation. And I know how to play this game, I know this game very very well, I am no where close to a noob. i camped okote yesterday. I claimed twice but no drop ; ;. So i decide to go camp the other NM in the castle and fuma drops! 1/1 with those lol

How to Obtain
Auction House Category: Armor > Hands

Drops in an as yet unknown BCNM or KSNM. It used to drop from Mee Deggi the Punisher in Castle Oztroja.

The new R/EX kote does drop from mee deegi the punisher and the R/EX fumas drop from Qu. I have seen both drop, not to me but other campers. So far I am 0/3 mee and 0/3 Qu after selling my kote and fumas.... It is so much more fun camping and beating legit players, instead of rmt.

RMT were there on Unicorn today as well. I don't know why though, they never got claim, he even popped right beside one of them while I was a little ways away and I still got him. 0/8 btw. 0/26 before the update. Mee Deggi must hate me.

Heh, just to be clear..

A: They do NOT drop both the old and new kotes, they NEVER do. I dunno what retards start these rumors.
B: They DO have placeholders, the same ones. The _change_ was that the NM can spawn from the moment the PH dies until the moment the PH has been up for a full "death" window. So basically the window is twice as big and you can't pinpoint it. PH and Punisher can both be up at the same time.

You will NOT see the NM pop if the PH hasn't been killed in awhile.

Anyhow.. 0/53 on non-ex kote, and given up. Stupid game.

Good, the only thing is all the other pictures have the mobs shitty drops listed, meaning you dont get their good drop often ya know? So it would make more sense for it to be "hay guyz want some impact knuckles?!?!"
